Order and Delivery Information


All of our products are printed in the UK, and shipped direct from our studio.


We aim to post artbooks out to you on the next business day after your order is placed. 

For UK orders, your book/s should be received 1-3 days after posting, depending on which delivery option you choose.

International Economy - delivery from 2 weeks.

International Standard - aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days, and the rest of the world within 6-7 working days.

International Tracked - full tracking and online delivery confirmation in 3-5 working days (Europe) and rest of world 6-7 working days.

International Tracked & Signed - full tracking, signature taken on delivery and online delivery confirmation in 3-5 working days (Europe) and rest of world 6-7 working days.


As we do not warehouse any art prints, all orders are made especially for you.  Any delivery times will therefore take into account our fulfilment estimates. As soon as we receive the prints from our UK printer, we aim to post them out to you on the next working day.

UK delivery estimate for art prints is 10 days.

International delivery estimate is 21-28 days, but may be quicker if you choose an express delivery option.

All products are sent via Royal Mail, and we will keep you up to date with the progress of your order every step of the way.



We are very committed to ensuring all our packaging is eco friendly.

We use cardboard envelopes and tubes for the artbooks and posters respectively, all recyclable.

Our packaging tape is made from recycled materials, and is 100% biodegradable.

We use acid free tissue paper to protect your posters in transit. This is compostable or recyclable.

To make the package waterproof, we use compostable mailing bags.

Royal Mail has the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major delivery company.


Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at infostonenexus@icloud.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at infostonenexus@icloud.com within a weeks' time of delivery, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
